Controlling aggressive or violent animals, such as during transportation. 2. Diagnostic procedures, such as X-rays, bandaging, and examination of the penis and mouth. 3. As an inducer for minor surgical procedures involving external skin damage and local anesthesia. 4. For manual examination of the vagina, uterus, and genitalia.
